After dinner, you can let your food settle by relaxing on either the recliner or the hide-a-bed sofa with an ottoman to put your feet up and watch a movie on the 40" LED TV or enjoy the electric fireplace. You can start each day feeling clean and fresh after washing up in the residential shower with a power vent to eliminate any steam and a skylight above for added natural lighting as you get ready, and you can even add the optional washer and dryer so you can pack less clothes. The rear private bedroom will have you feeling right at home with a full wall wardrobe and dresser to keep your clothes looking their best and a 80" Serta mattress queen bed slide with a ceiling fan above, plus an entrance/exit door to slip out in the mornings to take in the beautiful sunrise!

The Magnum Truss™ roof system has plywood decking and seamless DiFlex II material to create a roof that is 50% stronger than any other roof in the industry. These models are built to outlast everything but your memories with construction details like the screwed down 3/8" roof decking at each seam, the oversized nail plate joint fasteners on both sides of the trusses for less chance of movement, and the 2" x 2" vertical studs to maximize the load capacity which also provides smoother edges for the wiring to reduce the risk of electrical shorts.
