Hilltop Camper & RV wants every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Please review the return and refund policies below.

Recreational Vehicle Purchases

All new and pre-owned recreational vehicle sales are final.

Hilltop Camper & RV does not accept returns or exchanges on recreational vehicles once the purchase has been completed and the vehicle has been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Travel trailers
  • Fifth wheels
  • Motorhomes
  • Truck campers
  • Folding campers
  • Toy haulers
  • Park models
  • Destination trailers
  • Ice houses / ice fishing houses

Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect the vehicle and review all specifications prior to completing their purchase. Our team is happy to answer questions and provide walkthroughs to ensure customers feel confident in their purchase decision.

Manufacturer warranties may apply and will be honored according to the terms established by the manufacturer.

Parts & Accessories Returns

Returns for parts and accessories may be accepted under the following conditions:
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Items must not have been installed or modified
  • Electrical and electronic parts are not eligible for return regardless of purchase date, condition, or packaging.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Recreational vehicles (including travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, campers, toy haulers, park models, destination trailers, and ice houses)
  • Installed parts or accessories
  • Special order items
  • Clearance or final sale merchandise
  • Items returned without original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If a part or accessory is received damaged or defective, please contact Hilltop Camper & RV within 7 days of purchase so our team can assist with a replacement or manufacturer warranty claim.

Return Method

Eligible parts and accessories may be returned:
  • In person at the dealership, or
  • By contacting Hilltop Camper & RV for return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
