An active family will want this fifth wheel with its exterior basement pull-out tray that measures at 48" x 115" to load up your kayaks and such. Just above this area is the master suite with a rear bathroom that offers a residential shower, a porcelain toilet with soft close seat, plus a wardrobe and shelf storage. The king bed slide gives you more floor space, and you will have a seat, a flip-top dresser, and a Smart TV to watch. The half bath is next to the main entry which is super convenient, and the middle kitchen is separate from the front living area. The cook will love the residential microwave, range and oven, plus the option to add a residential refrigerator, plus the pantry, and the extra counter space on the kitchen island with a stainless steel farm sink. And the views out of the atrium windows in the slide out which includes the floating dinette table are a must see. And when you need to watch the big game, the 55" Smart TV with pull-out fireplace below are up front with the dual recliner love seat and two sleeper sofas.

With any Paradigm fifth wheel by Alliance RV, you will experience the next generation advanced frame technology with heavy duty performance running gear. The Benchmark chassis features solid steel 10" l-beam main rails with a 2" torsion tube welded where the running gear attaches, drop frame storage area, flush upper deck design, reinforced goose neck area and a Rota-Flex pin box. The six-point hydraulic auto leveling is faster, stronger and quieter allowing you to enjoy more time away, and the PVC roof is more puncture resistant, ultra bright white and more solar reflective to help keep your fifth wheel cool. The triple 13,500 BTU A/Cs are ultra quiet, independently controlled direct flow A/C units that maximize cooling capacity, plus the 40,000 BTU furnace has flex ducts connected to formed ducts in the floor, and there are dedicated heat vents into the basement and underbelly to keep the tanks and your gear cozy warm during the cooler seasons.
